An AMA chartered Club since 1964, our goal is to provide a forum for club members in Chicago's South Suburbs to exchange ideas and benefit from one anothers experiences with the hobby of building and the sport of flying radio controlled model aircraft. We are committed to promoting the enjoyment of safe R/C flying in accordance with AMA and Palos R/C Club rules and guidelines.

Constitution and By-laws

• The Constitution and By-laws of the Palos R/C Flying club provide basic information about how the club is organized and how the club operates.  The rules by which the club is operated allow all members to take an active part in the government of the club.

Meetings

• Meetings of the Palos R/C Flying Club are at held at 7:30pm on the first Wednesday of each month at the Willow Springs Senior Citizen/Historical Society Center located in Willow Springs, IL.  Visitors are always welcome so feel free to come by and see what we are all about.  A map is available for your convenience and you are always welcome to contact our members shown below if you need additional information.

Membership

• Membership in the Palos R/C Flying Club is open to all persons and is available in two classes: Regular and Associate.  Regular members are those who fly R/C model aircraft and are members of the AMA.  Associate members are those who are not members of the AMA.  Associate members enjoy all privileges of the Club membership but must not fly since they are not AMA members and do not have the required insurance coverage.

• While we do not have any means by which to accept membership applications directly from the web, we have provided a membership application that you can print and bring with you to the next monthly club meeting that you attend.
